How do I apply?

To ensure a fast and privacy-compliant process, please use our online application form on the jobs page of our website. Simply click on “Apply now” in the job description of your choice and upload your key data (name, contact details etc.) and your application documents (CV, motivation letter and certificates). You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your application has been received.

As we are always on the lookout for qualified professionals, you can submit an speculative application at any time. Simply click on “Submit speculative application now” on our careers page, complete the application form and upload your application documents. Please, also indicate your preferred area of application. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your application has been received.

How does the application process work?

Submit your application online using our application form or directly by e-mail to hr@botres.com with your key contact details and application documents (CV, letter of motivation, certificates). You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your application has been received.
After a maximum of 1-2 weeks, you will receive a first feedback on your application.
If your profile matches with our values, you will be invited to a first interview. This can be online via Teams or on-site at our headquarters in Hart bei Graz. Depending on the position, you may be invited to a second or third interview. For more information on the interview process, please contact our HR Manager at hr@botres.com.
Once we’ve made a final decision, our HR manager Tina Katzbauer will contact you to discuss the next steps.

How should I prepare for the job interview?

Think about why you want Botres Global to be your new employer and whether you can really see yourself working with us in the long term. We want to know more about you, your professional and personal experience and about the values that are important to you at work. It’s best to just be yourself, be authentic and don’t be afraid to ask questions. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

What would my first day at Botres Global be like?

On your first day at work, you can expect a comprehensive onboarding, during which you will be accompanied by our HR Manager and your future contact person. Your workplace will already be fully equipped with all the necessary equipment. You will be given an insight into our culture, introduced to all your new colleagues, receive an overview of the various positions in the company and have time to ask lots of questions. During the initial period, you will be closely supervised by your buddy, who will familiarize you with your future tasks and answer any questions you may have. Thanks to our open corporate culture, you will be able to contact the person responsible for quickly and easily if you have any concerns, so that you will quickly feel part of Botres Global.
